David Howell Design

David Howell Design is a New York City based, high-end architecture firm. Cidamon designed the site. The client wanted a minimal yet luxurious feel and came to Cidamon because of our specialty in minimalist, type centric driven design. Eye Catcher Interactive

Flash driven site for this New York based marketing agency. This is a portfolio website with information regarding all the participating partners and their work. Cidamon is a design and development partner for EyeCatcher interactive. Please visit Eye Catcher Interactive.

Kenneth Willardt Photography and Film

Cidamon was involved in interface design as well as both the development of the front-end and the back-end of a proprietary data entry module for KWPF's new project LiveEdit. Work on the front-end included collaboratively designing and prototyping a series of interfaces as well as translating the design comprehensives into a cross-browser compatible and valid XHTML structure and progressively enhancing the website's behavior with JavaScript. Back-end work involved part of the development and testing of the data entry and cataloging modules.

Lisa Austin

Lisa Austin is Eire-based artist who has redefined her sculptural and installation-based practice into wider ranging art projects with a focus on the city of Erie as a medium. Cidamon collaborated with Lisa to produce artist's business cards, notecards, and postcards. Cidamon created the design for her web site and print collateral. The website was developed by customizing TextPattern. Cidamon was also retained by the client for ongoing site maintenance.

This is a news-aggregating portal. Cidamon developed both the front-end and back-end. The front-end development included JavaScript driven DHTML while the back-end development included a web based application that crawls through different news sites every 10 minutes to collect the most emailed news of the day, so visitors have the most up to date and most popular news stories of the day. Noticiero Mundial: World news in Spanish from AP

This is a news site based on the Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP) model. Cidamon established the server, which periodically "fetches" AP news. The NNTP server reader and converter were custom built. Cidamon also developed the front-end and back-end technologies. The back-end uses PHP/MySQL. This site provides RSS feed and white label news solutions for sites who want to showcase AP news but do not have the resources to do so. Please visit Noticiero Mundial.

SAM & ED

SAM & ED is Science, Art, Manufacturing, Engineering and Design unincorporated think-tank in Erie with primary focus on networking people with interests in collaborative projects. Cidamon interpreted SAM & ED's "from planning to making" vision metaphorically into reusable invitation cards which serve as a reminder for the next meeting.

School of Rock

Like the movie, School of Rock is a national franchise that teaches children how to play Rock & Roll. Cidamon developed the front-end and back-end. The back-end uses PHP/MySQL. Cidamon developed an extensive Intranet and Extranet using PHP/MySQL in order to facilitate the sharing of important documents and other files among franchisees. School of Rock also has an internet eCommerce solution for the students who attend the school and all of its United States franchises. The ecommerce solution is driven by osCommerce. You can visit them at School of Rock. This an entirely database-driven website, making it easy to be extensively updated.

Talent Guide

Talent Guide is an online acting/model casting and networking solution. Cidamon created the interface design. The front-end development was done in HTML/CSS 2.0. The accompanying back-end used PHP/MySQL. The site has Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for usability and accessibility. This site contains social networking features that allow members from various cities to combine resources for their mutual benefit. Terrain

This is the luxury landscape and design company of New Zealand landscape artist Steven Tupu. It has a Flash driven portfolio. This is a completely dynamic website developed using Flash, ActionScript, PHP and MySQL. This flash website has its own custom designed CMS system that can be used to update website information. Twenty Heads

Twenty Heads is an online gallery of sculptures for purchase by Tennessee-based artist David Pound. David was looking for a gallery to showcase his work, a shopping cart where sculptures could be sold using PayPal and a content management system which would enable him to catalogue his images. Cidamon conceptualized and designed the layout of the website, translated the visuals into a standards-compliant XHTML, developed the database and implemented the back-end.

VASE Ball

VASE Ball website, developed by Cidamon, is one in a series of fundraising efforts by Edinboro University's Art Department. The purpose is to establish an endowment which would be a source of funds for bringing visiting lecturers to the university on a sustainable basis. Client: VASE Committee of Edinboro University's Art Department.

Villa Chapel

Villa Chapel is the website for the Chapel of the Sisters of Saint Joseph in Erie, Pennsylvania. Villa Chapel fund worked with Cidamon to design Villa's website. A compact content management system which Cidamon developed allows staff to easily update the community with news on the developments regarding this elegant building once planned to be demolished.
